Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless under extreme circumstances. Payment can be made by credit or debit card or by using cash or a gift card. 100% of payment is due before upon booking at VR Simulators.

All prices quoted on our website are inclusive of V.A.T.

VR Simulators have the right to cancel your booking without your consent if any payments are outstanding by the respective due dates. We reserve the right to amend any of the events without your prior consent.
